26 - 27 Oreo cookies
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Heath bars, crushed

For crust, chop Oreo cookies in food processor. Pack bottom and sides of 10 inch cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. For filling, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Blend in Heath bars. Pour into crust and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees and bake 35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. dark cocoa candy (or chocolate bits)
Crushed Heath bars

Heat whipping cream, add candy. Stir until all chocolate is melted. Allow to cool, then spread over cheesecake. Sprinkle crushed Heath Bars over all! For 9 inch cake pan, use 18 to 20 Oreo cookies, 3 packages cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and 3 eggs.
