MANDARIN ORANGE CREAM CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix all ingredients together. (Follow cake mix directions). Pour into three greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.

ICING FOR ORANGE CREAM CHEESE:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice

Place pudding mix in mixing bowl and mix in other ingredients. Spread on cake layers. Refrigerate.
