1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (apricot, cherry, blueberry)

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, flour and vanilla and beat well. Spread evenly in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Mark off in 20 to 24 squares. Place pie filling in center of each square. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and dust with confectioners sugar.
