KAHLUA LIQUEUR 
2 oz. jar instant coffee
2 c. boiling water
1 vanilla bean
4 c. sugar
2 c. brandy

Mix coffee and sugar. Add water and stir until dissolved. Remove foam from top and let cool. Add brandy. Put mixture into 1/2 gallon container. Submerge vanilla bean and close tightly. Let set for 3 to 4 weeks.
