ZANE'S CROCK-POT BEEF STEW
THIS RECIPE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

some beef - I use beef cubes or beef stew cuts, whatever - as long as it's beef and it's not ground up it should be fine. Although the tenderest cut is preferable
some potaters (potatoes) - chop them in small cubes too
beans - The starch of the potatoes and beans keep this from being a soup
carrots - like what bugs bunny eats
add some... "shizam"... with spice - salt, pepper, etc... surprise yourself!
misc optional stuff like onions, garlic and mushrooms
jalapenos - half a pepper per pound of beef should be fine

Throw it all in a Crock-Pot at one time. All of it! Add 2 cups of water per pound of beef. Add more salt if you need it.

It should be ready in 5 to 7 hours. If you have it set on high.

Variation: Adding some avocado to it isn't bad either!
