STEAMED CHICKEN 
4 bone in chicken breasts (skinned)
3 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Heat large skillet that you have a good tight fitting lid for. Put butter in skillet, let it get real hot, put chicken in skillet meat side down first brown lightly. Turn meat to rib side down. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder, put lid on skillet turn burner down to low and let simmer until all liquid is gone, about 1 hour (chicken will make liquid). for variations: I put potato wedges and carrots in with the chicken when I turn the rib side down. Serve with a salad.
