"TIN CAN" CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 (46 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans
1 can chili
1/8 c. sugar
Salt to taste

Brown hamburger and cook until it looses color (onion may be chopped and cooked with hamburger or may be cut almost through 6 or 8 times and cooked whole in soup and removed before serving.) Add hamburger, drained of fat, to large pan where juice and beans and chili are heating. Add sugar and salt and additional chili seasoning if desired. Ready to eat when hot, or may simmer for a while. Keeps well in refrigerator to heat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
