SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar

Mix together potatoes, milk, butter, eggs and sugar. Pour into a 12 inch buttered casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together brown sugar, butter, flour and pecans. Spoon over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
