SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and drained
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, finely ground
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, softened

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
