CRAB QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
5 lg. eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/4 c. milk or half and half
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained

Sprinkle cheese into pie shell. Mix eggs, seasonings and milk. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle mushrooms over mixture and then sprinkle crabmeat over all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, until firm and when knife inserted in center comes clean. Cut in wedges. Serves 6.
