SQUASH CASSEROLE 
About 2 c. yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sm. onions
8 oz. med. Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook onions and squash in salted water, drain, and mash. Grate the cheese. Add remainder of ingredients, except for the crackers and butter, also add salt and pepper to taste. Fill baking dish with squash mixture, top with crackers and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
