PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 angel food cake mix
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. Eggbeaters
1 tsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 (8 oz.) vanilla lowfat yogurt
2 c. strawberries
3 kiwi fruit
2 strawberry fans

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Break into cubes. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and add lemon rind and juice. Fold in yogurt and strawberries. Decorate with kiwi and strawberry fans.
