RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/2 lb. rhubarb, 3-4 c. cut in 3/4" lengths
1 c. sugar
2-3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 pie crusts, uncooked

Wash rhubarb thoroughly and cut. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add to rhubarb and mix. Put rhubarb mixture into pie shell, dot with butter and put on top crust. Bake in hot oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until rhubarb is done. Remove to cake rack to cool. Serve warm or cold.
