RHUBARB PIE 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced rhubarb

FOR TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix first ingredients together and put rhubarb mixture into unbaked pie shell. Cover with topping mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
