ANGEL FOOD FROSTING 
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. pure vanilla

Cook until thick. Great done in the microwave. Cool until cold (secret of it).

In a separate bowl cream together the following: 1 c. powdered sugar, packed

Add the cold custard and beat with electric mixer for 20 minutes until smooth.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
