WINE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. box Jello vanilla instant pudding (or 2 sm. boxes)
4 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sweetened wine
3/4 c. Crisco oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan with shortening or butter and then lightly flour. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, wine and eggs in large bowl at high speed for 3 minutes (by hand...300 strokes). Pour batter into a 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
