WHITE WINE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. water 1/2 c. white wine Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, liquids and mix. Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Mix: 1/4 c. white wine 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar Bring to a boil in a saucepan. Pour hot mixture over hot cake and let stand in pan 1 hour or more. |
