AMBROSIA SALAD 
4 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 c. diced oranges
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. chopped dates
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flaked coconut
Red fruit salad dressing

Combine first 4 ingredients and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chill. Before serving, toss lightly. Garnish with coconut, and serve with red fruit salad dressing. Yields 8-10 servings.

RED FRUIT SALAD DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine all ingredients, using a folding motion. Yields 2 cups.
