CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
2 med. zucchini, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. dill
Salt & pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
Juice from 1 lemon
1/2 c. white wine

Saute zucchini and onion in butter, until crisp tender. Add garlic and crabmeat. Add 1 cup cheese, tomatoes, lemon, dill, wine, salt and pepper; stir. Add 2/3 cup bread crumbs. Place mixture in casserole dish. Cover with remaining bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
