CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped and sauteed with sm. amount of butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. mushrooms
2 c. half and half cream
2 sm. cans crab meat or substitute

Save 1/3 cup stuffing mix for topping. Mix all other ingredients and put into well greased casserole baking dish. Sprinkle extra stuffing mix over top. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
