CRABMEAT IMPERIAL 
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. butter flavored salt
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of red pepper
Dash of hot sauce
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained & flaked
Mayonnaise
Pimento strips
Sliced stuffed olives

Saute green pepper, celery and pimentos in butter until tender. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Combine egg and 3 tablespoons mayonnaise; stir into vegetable mixture. Gently stir in crabmeat. Spoon mixture into 4 (6 ounce) baking shells or dishes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, then broil 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Top each with a dollop of mayonnaise and garnish with pimento strips and 1 olive slice. Yield: 4 servings.
