CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 sm. orange, pulp & skin
1 lb. cranberries
6 red apples, cored, but not peeled
2 c. sugar

For relish: Put all ingredients through food chopper and add sugar. Let stand in refrigerator. Let stand 24 hours before using. Makes 1 1/2 quarts. For salad: Use 1 cup of relish to 1 small package recipe of Jello.
