CRAB BISQUE 
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. mushrooms
2 tomatoes, diced
1 lb. crab
1 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne
1 1/2 c. cream
1 tbsp. minced parsley

In medium skillet, saute onion and pepper in melted butter until onion is transparent. Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes longer. Stir in tomatoes and cook 3 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients; heat to a boil, but do not boil. Add more parsley for garnish and serve over rice.
