CHICKEN AND RICE 
8-10 chicken breast fillets
2 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. brown rice (instant cooks faster)
1 1/2 c. rice
24 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 env. dry onion soup mix
Pinch of pepper

Wash chicken fillets and pat dry; place in 9"x13" baking dish; combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well; pour over chicken; bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes; adding water if casserole becomes too dry.
