FILLETS OF CHICKEN CUTLETS 
1 pkg. chicken cutlet fillets
1 bottle dressing, Seseme Salade
1 lemon, cut in half

Wash chicken fillets with water and lemon. Ideally use a glass 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Remove all fat and pieces of vein. Place 1/2 cup of the salade dressing in glass dish. Add chicken fillets and marinate about 1/2 hour. Prepare a non-stick sauce with Pam or Mazola spray cooking oil. Place 1/2 of dressing in pan, add the fillets and pour remaining dressing over entire pan. You can add more of the salade dressing so that the fillets are completely covered. Cook on low to moderate heat for about 5 to 8 minutes. Remove fillets to a serving dish and cover with sauce. If there are any fillets left, cut into small pieces, add sauce, and place in plastic containers for lunch the next day. This dish can be served over rice (Success brand is easiest or buy from Chinese restaurant) or alone.
