GARLIC CHICKEN FILLETS | |
Boneless chicken breasts Garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Kroger cracker meal Oil to fry Lemon juice (optional) Pound breasts with meat mallet until very flat (about 1/4 inch thick). Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil just until brown, turning once. Sprinkle with lemon juice after frying. |
