GARLIC CHICKEN FILLETS 
Boneless chicken breasts
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Kroger cracker meal
Oil to fry
Lemon juice (optional)

Pound breasts with meat mallet until very flat (about 1/4 inch thick). Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil just until brown, turning once. Sprinkle with lemon juice after frying.
