PEACH JAM 
5 c. ripe peaches, crushed
2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
7 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry or apricot Jello

Boil first 3 ingredients together for 15 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in Jello until completely dissolved. Place in sterilized jars and seal. May also be frozen.
