BBQ CHICKEN | |
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/3 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. catsup 1 c. water 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 tbsp. chili powder Mix together and boil for 10 minutes. Brown chicken. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees until sauce is thick and chicken is done. Sauce can be used for spareribs, pork chops, beef or pork for sandwiches. Will keep in refrigerator for a short time. |
