HOME GRILL BARBECUE 
1 frying chicken, cut up or 8 med. pork chops or 4 lbs. pork ribs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Rub lightly with vegetable oil. Cook in closed grill slowly, approximately 40 minutes, turning once. Dip in mild barbecue sauce. Place skin down on grill and cook 10 minutes. Dip again, turn, and cook additional 10 minutes or until done. (Ribs can be boiled for 40 minutes, dipped, grilled for 10, dipped again, and grilled for 10). Spoon leftover sauce over meat or rice. Serves 4.
