PINEAPPLE FRUIT DRESSING 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix cornstarch and sugar; add egg yolks and water. Bring mixture to boil for 1 minutes; stirring constantly. remove from heat and add juices and salt. Cool. Makes 1 cup dressing. Use on pineapple chunks, cherries, strawberries, cantaloupe, green grapes or any other fruit.
