SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients except topping. Mix well. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Sprinkle with topping and bake an additional 10 minutes. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
