1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour

Combine ingredients. Dough will be soft. Roll on floured surface. Cut into 2 inch rectangles. Cut slit into center of each. Deep fat fry on doughnut setting in Fry Daddy until golden brown. I serve with watermelon, honey, or jam.
