GERMAN PANCAKES 
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
Butter

Oven temperature: 400 degrees. Blend flour, milk and eggs in blender or hand mixer until well mixed. Use two 8 inch round cake pans. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in each pan then add 1/2 of batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and squeeze lemon juice.
