CRAB HOT DISH 
8 slices white bread
1/2 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 c. celery
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 cans crab
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese

Cube 4 slices of white bread and put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Chop and mix together green pepper, onion, celery. Mix with Miracle Whip and put on top of bread cubes. Drain and flake crab and put on top of Miracle Whip mixture. Top with 4 slices of cubed bread. Beat 4 eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over above. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Add 1 can mushroom soup and shredded Velveeta cheese. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
