TURKEY CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
Kitchen Bouquet
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 (30 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
2 (16 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 sm. tomato paste
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch curry powder
Paprika and salt to taste

Baste ground turkey with Kitchen Bouquet. Put peanut oil in skillet; saute turkey with onion and garlic. Drain.

Combine all ingredients in large pot. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
