QUICK AND EASY PIE CRUST 
2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
5 tbsp. cold water

Blend flour and salt in bowl. Pour cooking oil and cold water all at once into the flour mixture. Stir with fork until mixture forms ball in the bowl. Divide into 2 balls for bottom and top crust.

Cut 2 sheets wax paper and little larger than pie dish. Roll each ball flat between paper to size of pie dish. Pull 1 sheet of paper off and fit over dish with paper side remaining on top. Remove paper. Fill pie dish with selected filling and top with pie crust from other ball.
