SHISH - KABOB MARINATE 
3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. meat tenderizer

Marinate meat for kabobs several hours or overnight. Use excess to baste kabobs while grilling or broiling. Good on all meat and seafood.
