SHISH KABOBS 
2 1/2 lbs. lamb or beef
Green peppers, cut in 1" squares
Small tomatoes (cherry, if available)
Large mushrooms
Tiny onions

Cut meat in 2" squares and soak in marinade (recipe below) for several hours, the longer the better. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Place skewers 3 to 4 inches apart over charcoal fire. Turn frequently. Brush occasionally with marinade. Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
