WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. fresh/dry parsley
4 cans undrained minced clams
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Sauté garlic 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 7 minutes. Serve over pasta.
