DIVINITY FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cook to hard ball stage (265 degrees). In large bowl beat egg whites and salt until stiff but still moist, about 2 1/2 minutes. Slowly pour hot syrup over egg whites while beating on high speed. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Add vanilla. Beat until mixture holds its shape. Add nuts and drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
