VEG-ALL BAKE 
2 cans Veg-All, well drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers mixed with 5 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Vegetables will be crunchy. Be sure to use Ritz crackers.

When I double the recipe for a 9 x 13 inch dish, I use 3 cans Veg-All and 1 can green beans.
