BAKED CHEESE VEGETABLES 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk (approximately)
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 container French fried onions

Mix soup and milk until smooth. Mix with vegetables. Stir in cheese and 2/3 French fried onions. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions. Bake another 10 minutes.
