CHICKEN & VEGETABLE BAKE 
2 c. cube chicken
1 c. dried onions
1 bag frozen vegetable mix
1 can potato soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. season salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can refried crescent rolls

Mix soup, milk, salt, 1/2 cheese, vegetables, chicken, 1/2 onion in 8 x 12 inch baking dish at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Unroll crescent rolls; press together and cut into strips. Lay on top on chicken dish in lattice top or roll crescent rolls out and place on top.

Bake 15 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and dried onion. Bake 5 minutes. Option: When mixing vegetables you can add water chestnuts.
