LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello, dry
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix cake mix, dry Jello and other cake ingredients well. Use greased and floured Bundt/Angel Food cake pan. Bake 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Mix all ingredients. While cake is warm make holes in cake. Spread glaze over cake. (I use a pastry brush for this.) Let cake cool completely.
