VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. California blend vegetables, thawed
2-3 c. cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Place vegetables in bottom of large greased casserole dish. Mix celery soup and mayonnaise and spread over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over this and top with dressing crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
