VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen French cut green beans
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. longhorn cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. dry dressing (stuffing)

Precook vegetables. Put vegetables, soup, and 1/2 cheese in casserole dish. Cover with dry dressing. Bake 45 minutes in oven (15 minutes in microwave). Add remaining cheese on top and cook 5-10 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
