1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 stick butter (softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. French vanilla (INSTANT) pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
3 1/2 c. milk

Keep cookies in cool place until using. Crunch cookies and sprinkle half of them in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Blend: Cool Whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter.

In separate bowl, whip pudding with milk until thick. Blend both mixtures slowly together. Pour mixture over cookie crumbs in pan. Add rest of cookie mixture on top of pudding. Keep refrigerated.
