1 sm. pkg. Oreos
1/2 c. melted butter
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 med. Cool Whip

Crush Oreos and mix with butter. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. mix milk and pudding. In another bowl beat cream cheese with sugar. Stir mixture into pudding. Fold into Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill 1 hour.
