COCONUT JOYS 
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. coconut (8 oz.)
2 sq. unsweetened melted chocolate (2 oz.)

Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and coconut; mix well. Shape rounded teaspoon of mixture into balls. Make indent in each and place on wax paper. Fill centers with melted chocolate. To be different place almond and then pour chocolate over nut.
