4 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. white sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Also need: Crushed ice Canning salt

Mix above ingredients. Add enough milk (mark in can) to make 1 gallon. Allow at least 20 to 40 minutes with an electric machine.

Note: Put your can in freezer while you mix the ingredients; should cut down on the mixing time. Makes 5 quarts.
